Loved watching the pink sky while sipping tea on the balcony. Wood fire made me feel like a cozy woodland creature. The sound of the sea lulled me to sleep. Ah, the serenity.
Being screamed at by the owner because I dared to have a conversation. Such a delightful experience.

Fantastic location with a jaw-dropping beach view and a short walk to a great cafe. Fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and utensils we needed. Easy check-in, comfy bed, good bathroom, soft towels, and easy parking. The owner, Dennis, was super welcoming and provided us with freshly grown tomatoes. Delicious breakfast options and limitless tea, coffee, and biscuits. The balcony overlooking the bay was mind-blowing. A corner of paradise with pristine waters and lots of activities. Dennis, the kind and thoughtful host, made our stay even more special. We'll definitely be back with friends.

The location of this lodge was fantastic, just a stone's throw away from a quiet beach. It was the perfect place to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of city life. The lodge itself had a charming, old-school atmosphere with interesting maritime-themed decor. The communal kitchen was well-equipped for our needs, and we enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the kitchen/living area on cold nights.
That the local kiosk in the town closed in the late afternoon, so if you didn't want to cook your own meal, you had to drive into the nearby town for dinner. Additionally, the amenities in the rooms were not mentioned, making it difficult to assess the comfort of the accommodations.

Dennis the innkeeper was friendly but not intrusive. His suggestions on things to do and places to go were helpful and good. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty and served promptly with a smile ..
The mattress was not the best and the furniture in the room was not very comfortable.

Spent a fantastic Christmas at this stunning spot by the sea. the location was absolutely breathtaking, with beautiful views of the ocean right from our room. We were able to walk to see the seal colonies and enjoy the scenic coastal scenery. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the breakfast was exceptional, with a delicious spread of hot tea and fresh coffee. the room was impeccably clean and the spa bath was a luxurious touch.
The difficulty in gaining access to the lodge. We had no phone coverage in the area, so we couldn't call for the access code.
